General Description

Participate in major regional/local process improvement initiatives. Responsible for process design, technical specifications, user training, documentation, and any other tasks for the scope assigned by Project Manager.

Main responsibilities
- Responsible to execute assigned regional support processes such as: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) standardization and reporting, Master Data standardization and integrity, Warranty and entitlement analytics: cost to serve, suggested pricing, financial model monitoring.
- Act as key liaison with Operating Company (OpCo) to ensure alignment in processes, systems, and strategy.
- Continuously benchmark assigned processes, focusing on market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for process improvement and differentiated services.
- Interface effectively with Sales & Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Health Care Compliance, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, HR, and Finance to manage cross functional processes and resolve issues impacting areas of responsibility.

Cualificaciones

Qualifications:
- • Professional degree: BS degree in Industrial, Chemical or Mechanic Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in Operations, Technical Service or Process Improvement Projects
- Bilingual (English required and Spanish or Portuguese)
