The part-time Global Finance Talent Manager at Corporate Headquarters is responsible for providing business partner support to the Global Finance Talent Management Organization.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage the access database for the Leadership Development Programs: Update information on a regular basis, prepare reports, analyze data and recommend actions and implement system and process improvements.

Assist in analyzing the Organizational Health and Credo survey results and creating presentations. Coordinate the Global Organizational Scorecards from sector reps. Administer and proctor the Global Finance Technical Assessment. Analyze the Leadership Development Program Rotation and Training Surveys. Develop and present key performance metrics, effectively influencing key decisions for future state. Benchmark best practices both internal and external to Johnson & Johnson, providing process and best practice analysis. Assist with development of Continuous Development Framework curriculum to include evaluation of delivery and format. Ad Hoc Projects as assigned.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business from an accredited institution is required. A minimum of six (6) years of business experience is required. Incumbent must have ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment. Candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Strong system skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and must have an ability to adapt to new systems quickly. Individual must work independently and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
