Description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Manager, IAM and Directory Services. This position is located in Raritan, NJ.
The Technology Manager will work closely with engineering and operations teams to implement new capabilities and be responsible to support ongoing management of J&J's PKI and Directory Services. Proper management of the core systems that are relied on by countless J&J applications is vital to meeting enterprise, contractual and regulatory obligations.
Specific responsibilities and principal duties will include;
Leadership:
Provide technical direction for and technical leadership of PKI and Directory Services objectives and responsibilities within the J&J business (including its partners), since these services are a touchstone for innumerable Operating Company and IT applications.
Design and develop solutions that improve business processes through greater leveraging of information security services and technologies.
Promote information security, including ensuring processes, procedures and other activities are defined and implemented to meet the requirements of the J&J Information Asset Protection Policies (IAPPs).
PKI and Directory Services Process Ownership:
Manage and implement associated project or base business activities to upgrade or transition data and functions to new platforms with minimal user impact.
Ensure required Quality Assurance documentation and IT standard processes for staging & production environments is managed per company process to maintain validated status of PKI and Directory Services.
Support Operational resources responsible for administering PKI and Directory Services and related applications. Coordinate with Operations team Manager to ensure resource requirements are planned, scheduled, and followed through to completion.
Develop and maintain technology lifecycle roadmaps for PKI and Directory Services and related applications.
Maintain PKI and Directory Services related desktop software and PKI trusted certificates on all desktop releases in coordination with Global Desktop Services team.
Participate in annual budget planning process, track POs and invoices, coordinate with Strategic Sourcing on MSA and SOW generation. Ensure annual support contracts are delivered per SOW and on budget including training compliance for partners.
Maintain required availability per PKI and Directory Services Operations SLA: Participate in 24x7x365 on-call coverage arrangements for Critical Priority incidents (aka Sev-1 incidents). Participate in systems patching and software updates during defined maintenance windows and some week-ends. Manage relationship with PKI and Directory Services vendors from a daily operations perspective to ensure timely incident and problem resolution. Identify opportunities for improvements in PKI and Directory Services operational, administrative, and management processes.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A post graduate degree is preferred. A CISSP security certification is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information technology in large corporate environments (>50,000 users), with a proven track record for accomplishment is required. Strong technical background and experience in Windows, Directories (AD, Oracle), PKI operations, strong authentication and information security is required. A proven track record of leading and delivering complex Directory and Identity Management technical solutions for a large user population (>50,000) is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows 2003 or newer Server is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience with Active Directory 2003 or newer Operating systems is required. Ability to design and develop complex Directory and Identity Management technical solutions for a large user population is required. Software and scripting expertise is required.
The ability to lead complex technical projects and influence others without having supervisory responsibility is required. The ability to exercise independent judgment and have strength in decision making and problem solving for key processes and decisions for implementing Identity Management technology solutions is required. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are required. Strong teamwork abilities and customer service skills are required.
More than 10 years of progressive IT experience is preferred. Implementation and Operation of Strong Authentication Solutions experience is preferred. Knowledge in Public Key Infrastructure and Identity Access is preferred. Computer and Network Security experience is preferred.
