The Product Manager will be accountable for promotional material design, development and implementation for mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Activities include both professional and consumer programs in support of Oncology Marketing to achieve business goals for MCL.

Collaborate on the integrated development of professional and consumer marketing plans to achieve new Oral Oncolytic leadership in MCL. These plans to include key components such as alliance management, advertising and media, agency management, budget management, sales support materials, PRC/regulatory review, journal advertising, interactive initiatives, direct to patient strategy and materials, public relations, competitive strategy, marketing research, annual business and strategic plans, plan of action management, message development and execution, consumer strategy to include acquiring, converting and retaining appropriate patients within Oncology.

Partner with field sales teams to develop aligned strategic objectives and execution of all professional and consumer initiatives. Monitor competitive professional and consumer marketing activities, and address as needed through market research. Team with Marketing Services, Legal, Regulatory, Market Research, to execute, metric and refine professional and consumer marketing mix and execution on a regular basis. Be a key team contact for professional and consumer societies. Work with the marketing team to effectively develop and execute all strategic initiatives including conventions. Manage both the professional and consumer marketing budgets. Develop content for sales meetings and plan of action meetings. Motivate field sales force through marketing efforts.

Qualifications


A bachelor's degree is required. At least 3-5 years of pharmaceutical experience required; experience in the Oncology sector highly preferred.

People management experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in the following critical business competencies are preferred; Analysis, Customer/Market Knowledge, Marketing Execution, Business Planning and Financial Acumen. Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen and interdependent partnering. Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities. Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. Ideal candidate will thrive in high-growth, dynamic marketplace.
