Role Summary: Under the direction of the licensed nurse, performs basic nursing care and personal care activities to patients according to their scope of practice, identified by the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry; unless the skill or task is not allowed for practiced by a Certified Nursing Assistant I at McDowell Hospital.
