POSITION SUMMARY:
In accordance with the corporate security program, the Site Security Supervisor supervises the security function for protection of assets at Checkerboard Square and Purina Farms. The position reports to the Corporate Security Manager and is responsible for supervising contract security operations and physical security measures at The Square and Purina Farms and provide Executive Security services as required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervises contract security operations in protection of the physical environment against theft, vandalism, terrorism, and illegal and unauthorized activity.

* Ensures adherence to corporate security policies and procedures.

* Monitors and analyzes incident reports, and implements corrective actions.

* Conducts site specific security training to contract security personnel.

* Coordinates and supervises security measures for company special events.

* Carry-out miscellaneous executive services and other job duties as assigned

Perform all other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* Associate's degree or 2+ years of military/law enforcement experience.
* 5 years corporate Security Supervisory Experience required.
* Currently possesses or has ability to obtain Corporate Security Advisor Licensce (CSA).

SKILLS:
* Demonstrates ability to plan a security function and instruct others in conducting those operations.
* Demonstrates ability to anticipate security program needs.
* Exhibits good verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrate an ability to interact with employees and vendors.
* Demonstrates self-motivation.
* Experience working professionally with all levels of management, including Executive Leadership.
