Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for an Immunoassay Analyst to join our client in the Swiftwater, PA area.


Job Responsibilities:



    - Conduct serologic assays using human clinical trial samples and related materials in support of new vaccine product development and registration extensions.
    - ELISA, RIA and multiplexed, antibody-based assays.
    - Keep accurate records of clinical data and provide summaries to staff using the company's electronic documentation systems and MS Office software.
    - Perform scheduled lab equipment maintenance, assume responsibility for staying current and qualified via in-house training, participate in facility housekeeping and comply with GXP policies and other internal regulations.

Job Qualifications:



    - BS degree in life sciences and 3 or more years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment
    - Routine use or development of immunological assays, e.g., ELISA, ligand-binding assays, MSD/Luminex/Bioplex, robotics-assisted methods.
    - Demonstrated working knowledge of basic scientific principles (e.g. biochemistry/immunochemistry).
    - Must be willing to work in a continuous improvement setting and understand the need to abide by written instructions when required.
    - The individual must be team oriented but also capable of working independently and without instruction for routine work.
    - Excellent communications skills, demonstrated abilities to manage time and priorities and willing to take initiative and adapt to a changing environment
    - Experience in a GXP (GLP, GMP) compliant environment executing ELISA-based methods
    - Has performed routine testing of clinical trial samples, such as blood samples
