Description: Participate as an integral team member on accounting teams to handle Upstream accounting functions, seek process efficiency improvements as well as identifying methods to improve business performance and reporting. Responsibilities may include: * Correct and input sales allocations * Process monthly rework obligations for gas revenue * Reconciliation of volumes and applicable balance sheet accounts * Research and respond to inquiries related to completed reworks Qualifications: Basic/Required: * Legally authorized to work in the United States * Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline * 1 years accounting experience * 12 hours of accounting * Proficient in Microsoft Excel Preferred: * Proficient in Microsoft Suite * Strong analytical skills * Well organized and detail oriented * 3 years experience in the oil and gas industry * Proficient in Enterprise Upstream * Sound understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply knowledge in identifying and resolving reconciliation issues * Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment In order to be considered for this position you must complete the entire application process, which includes answering all prescreening questions and providing your eSignature on or before the requisition closing date ofFebruary 13,2013.
