The HR Analyst is primarily responsible for providing analytical and adhoc project support to the One System HR team. This includes responsibility for people reporting needs, benchmarking and performance metrics, transaction processing, and other assigned project work.


PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

    - Serves as the subject matter expert for all metrics, standard and adhoc reporting, and consulting with the organization on data needs.
    - Creates and maintains human resource management systems (HRMS) reports from multiple data sources utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Provides technical support to the Field HR/Training Team by providing one system solutions to data needs.
    - Performs high level HR metrics forecasting and trend analysis and provides recommendations to HR leadership
    - Leads short-term, defined scope projects. Providing project support to multiple areas, involving multiple, complex ad hoc requests for data and/or reports
    - Supports field Operations compensation program, and provide calculations as needed
    - Calculate and process monthly Bonus exceptions to ensure proper payment
    - Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary
    - Generates reports using multiple reporting systems in appropriate format; reviews reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manipulates and summarizes data into required report format.
    - Responsible for scheduled monthly, weekly, and adhoc reporting.
    - Manage data for Mid-Year and Year-End processes, and provide high level analysis for Leadership team
    - Coordinate with PCLs and HR Support Center to process all minimum wage increases to affected employees
    - Maintain current knowledge on Organization structure and implications on reporting
    - Trouble shoot data integrity issues

EXPERIENCE
The person selected for this job should have:

    - Technical experience with relational databases.
    - Requires advanced Excel skills including but not limited to pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, sorting and manipulating data to complete analyses on HR and organizational data in support of HR.
    - Analytical capability with proven success in managing large quantities of confidential data.
    - Ability to create clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.
    - Experience with HR Technology preferred (i.e. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
    - Proficient with advanced skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and relational databases.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Ability to multi-task and handle several requests or projects at once.
    - Advanced MS Excel skills and data management and data modeling required.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
    - Excellent leadership, oral and written communication skills.
    - Experience working with people at all levels.
    - A Bachelor?s degree or equivalent. Master?s Degree a plus. Applicable degrees would be HR, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines.
