Taco Bell is looking for a high energy, creative individual to join the Future Restaurant Experience team within our Operations Restaurant Excellence group. To be a forward thinker in discovering new ways to empower and enrich our team members and customers experience within the restaurant.


? Work to drive integration of innovative technology solutions into restaurant processes, empowering and enabling field operations to consistently deliver the most distinctive experience to our customers

? Develop and maintain close working relationships with all internal functions ( IT, Marketing, Management Process, Brand Standards, Engineering, ect.) to ensure alignment on the broader vision to deliver a unique and distinctive experience to our team members and customers

? Develop and maintain close working relationships with our Franchisee partners ensuring solutions can scale to a national brand

? Able to act both as a Project Manager and/or Project Coordinator for multiple projects moving in parallel

? Represent projects and results to leadership, providing recommendations and direction when necessary

? Actively seek feedback from all sources to support the ?Continuous Process Improvement? model

?

? BS Degree or equivalent experience

? 5+ years relevant industry experience

? In-depth, firsthand knowledge of QSR operations and the technologies used in such an environment preferred

? Visionary and forward thinking mindset

? Proven team player , culture driver, and believer in people

? Able to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders

? Strong communications skills (verbal, written and presentation)

? Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

? PMI experience/credentials preferred
