This position works with the BP&S Leadership team including the project management office, change, training,tools and finance resources to ensure optimal execution of BP&S on a day-to-day basis. This role is responsible for providing senior general administrative support to a department and/or a senior level manager. Specifically, some of the key responsibilities will include compilation and production of information for inclusion in reports or presentations and the creation of charts, graphs or tables. This position will also receive and respond to routine and high-level correspondence

Office activities
- Schedule and execute all program events
- Manage the office on a daily basis
- Maintain the conference rooms/upkeep
- Maintain all programs needs/supplies/equipment etc.
- Responsibility for complex office activities
- Responsible for high-level correspondence through e-mail, telephone, and mail
- Compile and analyze complex information
- Produce charts, tables and presentation materials

Projects and internal programs
- Aid in the preparation and filing of key records, statistics and reports
- Administer programs, projects or other processes specific to operating unit served
- Work with the BP&S team to help create and sustain a work environment that generates greater results from Project team members. This includes milestone coordination, special events, coordinating recognition and award programs
- Responsible for scheduling onboarding/change of teams/and roll offs of Team Members
- Work with Office Services pertaining to building maintenance, rules, upkeep, seating assignments, security badges, etc.

Internal Communications
- Assist the Business Readiness Team
- Liaison with people in the BP&S network to provide them with program information, material, and communication plans
BP&S Team Support
- Provide administrative support to BP&S Leader and Team Members for all project coordination
- Work with the IS Department for coordination of all BP&S Team hardware needs (computers, phones, video conferencing equipment, etc.)
- Provide HR support for BP&S resource model, etc.
- Develop content and maintain new Sharepoint teamsite 
- Provide support to the BP&S Tools Team with all issues relating to Sharepoint
- Process and pay all BP&S invoices as well as track all contracts and statements of work for the Finance Team
- Coordination of all team lists and project org charts including: MillerCoors, SI partner, SAP and all independent consultants

Training Support
- Responsibility for scheduling classes
- Support material development
- Work closely with the process teams during business process document / script development
- Assess the potential usersâ of training with the help of the training manager/team
- Support the Training Team with class preparations

Education level and/or experience
- High school education required
- More than 4 years experience as an administrative assistant

Skills and/or knowledge
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills Capability to analyze complex information requests and determining complex trends Other requirements
- Working knowledge of business office procedures and organizational structure
- Strong computer proficiency, utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Visio, Access, Publisher,   Adobe Pro, SAP SRM or other computer software; exceptional and highly advanced computer skills needed specifically in Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Sharepoint and Outlook
- Problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail
- Technical skills to include math, communication skills (written and verbal), organization skills, common sense, tact and diplomacy, professional telephone etiquette, time management, and goal setting
- Ability to manage priorities and to make routine decisions independently
- Ability to be politely assertive when making information requests with good follow-up skills  
- Requires initiative and resourcefulness in collecting needed information from varied sources  
- Sets clear priorities and focuses time and energy on them  
- Takes action; reliably delivers on commitments

- Must have strong project management and organization skills

- Excellent self-management skills required
- Extremely self-motivated, be able to work with minimal day-to-day guidance and have the ability to own problems through to resolution
