The Strategic Services organization is currently seeking to hire a business analyst to support key strategic projects including the IT People Strategy, Location Strategy and My WorkPlace initiatives. The ideal candidate would be an extroverted communicator with outstanding organizational skills, assertive, flexible, possesses a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role would interface with many different groups including Facilities, HR, BMO and Communications.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Support the Business Management Office and IT Internship Program
- Assist in coordination for business support services, currently including support of large programs and projects, meeting coordination, presentation support, process, tools and solutions support.
- Assist in the planning of program meetings and perform coordination type under the direction of program management leadership
- Participates in key program and project meetings. Responsible for the management and documentation of issues, action items, deliverables and follow-up from meetings. Performs a variety of related activities, including maintaining program calendar, ensuring action items are completed timely, and materials for meetings are distributed
- Responsible for completing program metrics

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
- College students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
- 2.8 GPA
- Self starter, ability to work independently, multi-task in a fast paced environment, creatively solve problems and plan with limited direction.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritizing and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills; quick learner capable of applying new tools and techniques.
- Must be computer and internet savvy with research abilities, to learn tools and existing procedures independently
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Education, or other related fields with a minimum of two years' experience in general administrative functions or other related area.
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
