Essential Functions:
Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
- LCSW or LMFT license required.
- MSW or Master's degree in a related mental health field required.
- Two (2) years post Masters experience required.
- Experience inworkingwith adults / children / adolescents.
-Knowledge ofPsycho-pathology, DSM IV, and addiction issues.
- Ability to define appropriate course of treatment and treatment modality.
- Ability to work independently as a member of a multi-disciplinary health care team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II.
- Ability to provide behavioral health care services to members utilizing established psychotherapeutic techniques in clinic or emergency room setting.
- Ability to consult and collaborate with other health/medical professionals.
- Experience in working with adults/children/adolescents.
- Two (2) years post masters; experience in crisis intervention.
- Knowledge of Psydynamics, Psychopathology, DSMIV, Psychotropic Medications and Addiction Medicine.
- Ability to definie appropriate course of treatment & treatment modality.
- Ability to work independently as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team.
- MSW, MSN or other Mental Health related degree.
- Basic computer skills.

- Will be required to be in rotation for Saturday Clinic.
