Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with a focus in colloid chemistry and/or surfactant/interfacial sciences.
- 5+ years of formulations/product development experience in the agrochemical, consumer goods, petrochemical, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in the development of product formulations (including emulsions/microemulsions & suspension concentrates) and scale-up from lab to commercial-scale production.
- Excellent analytical and creative thinking, with strong problem solving skills and an ability to identify and champion new technologies, especially for effective delivery of agrochemical actives.
- An ability to work on cross-functional and international teams and adapt well to change in a complex corporate and market environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills/Experience:
