As System Programming Lead for IAM System Operations team, you will support Web SSO and Enterprise Directory infrastructure and ensure the high availability. You will perform second level problem determination and resolution. You will mentor other team members and help in formulating best practices and implementing them. You will be on call duty roster for off hour support.You will ensure all service requests follow standard procedures to support all reporting requirements. You will be responsible for deployment of changes based on compliance or other requirements.
Essential Functions:
Provide leadership and technical support for Web SSO and Enterprise Directory infrastructures.
Ensure the infrastructures availability to meet SLA over 99.99%
Integrate applications with Web SSO and Enterprise Directory for central authentication.
Interface with team members and partners of varied levels from across the organization to ensure that business requirements are met without compromising availability and security.
Perform second level problem determination and resolution; collaborate with technical peers to identify root cause of issues and provide appropriate resolutions
Deploy and support of vendor products
Mentor other support engineers.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
A minimum8 years Information Technology (IT) experience including Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Adaptive Access Manager, SSO, and LDAP
A minimum 4 years working experience in large corporations with complex IT infrastructure.
Strong working knowledge of different platforms - UNIX and Windows
Possess knowledge of and experience with, Authentication Methods, Kerberos, SSO, role-based access, LDAP and HTTP protocol.
Extensive knowledge of Web applications and a thorough understanding of issues related to implementing SSO and LDAP on large distributed production environments.
Working knowledge in Java, F5 Load Balancer, Firewall, SOX and PCI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance tuning in Oracle Access Manager or LDAP servers.
Experience with other LDAP products: Tivoli Directory, Sun One Directory or Active Directory.
Information security background is very helpful.
Server monitoring experience is preferred.
Master's degree.
External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.
