Job description
The Security Architect will be responsible for evaluating and reporting on the current NARA environments and assess the NARA security posture, while identifying potential optimization opportunities. Also provide the information needed to: ï?§ Identify security weaknesses to enable processes and more effective measures to be put in place to increase security and compliance; ï?§ Reduce risks; ï?§ Reduce costs through increased operating efficiencies.
Location is College Park, MD or Rocket Center, WV
Some of our client engagements do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 5 years experience in FISMA framework to include the full string of activities such as FIPS categorization.
- At least 5 years experience in leading industry vendors like Cisco Systems, McAfee Firewalls, Juniper Networks etc.
- At least 5 years experience in industry recognized certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified in CISSP, CISM or CISA
