Job description
Team Lead/Managing Consultant, IBM Corporation, Somers, NY and at various client sites throughout the U.S.: Lead the ERP implementation and support for Supply chain, Order to cash, Procure to pay and/or Finance track. Manage a team and work with other track leads to ensure successful delivery of the project. Provide management oversight including delegation of responsibilities to team members. Mentor and conduct performance evaluation of team members. Manage cutover activities. Develop detail project plans with key stakeholders as well as communicate status reports. Escalate issues and conduct team meetings for issue tracking and resolution. Understand business processes, perform gap fit analysis and finalize implementation methodology. Configure the ERP system and manage user testing and training. Manage customization of forms and reports. Work with end users to facilitate issue resolution. Develop creative solutions to support business needs. Utilize Oracle Financial ERP and SQL/PLSQL. Required: Master's in Business Administration, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Managing Consultant, Business Analyst or related. 40 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
