IBM Global Business Services is seeking an experienced Hyperion Associate Partner with deep experience implementing Hyperion Solutions.

Responsibilities include:
- Ability to identify potential clients, develop Hyperion pipeline, and define and propose solutions to clients. Ability to sell.
- Developing integrated projrect management plans, managing deadlines and dependencies across initiatives, and coordination of project team activities
- Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
- Setting and controlling scope
- Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
- Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team
- Overall team management, including regular evaluations
- Project financial management
- Risk management
- An experienced finance professional with functional, business process and Hyperion Planning technical design and configuration skills within the performance reporting and planning areas.

The Candidate will be required to lead projects with overall responsibilities including:
definition of requirements including current state analysis
architect a solution with the Hyperion Planning software
implementation of redesigned reporting and planning processes
change management and training of client staff for a successful deployment of the new process and system

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in direct, hands on experience designing and implementing Performance Reporting and Planning solutions for large multinational companies
  • At least 5 years experience in at least five full lifecycle implementations of new planning processes using a formal implementation methodology and Hyperion Planning (experience with Planning System 9 preferred)
  • At least 3 years experience in Sales and Pipeline development experience for Hyperion
  • At least 3 years experience in prior experience in a large consulting organization
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Intermediate


Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 7 years experience in direct, hands on experience designing and implementing Performance Reporting and Planning solutions for large multinational companies
  • At least 7 years experience in at least five full lifecycle implementations of new planning processes using a formal implementation methodology and Hyperion Planning (experience with Planning System 9 preferred)
  • At least 7 years experience in Sales and Pipeline development experience for Hyperion
  • At least 5 years experience in prior experience in a large consulting organization
  • English : Fluent
