The Onshore Project Manager will need to be exceptionally detail oriented with precise project tracking and follow-up. The role will manage small to medium projects in the range of $1MM - $2MM. Understanding the complete SDLC Process is required. Communicating effectively, at all levels of the team, including senior management, is a must. Additional skills include: Managing risk and issues, proactively addressing issues, team management, and multi-cultural navigation. Extensive experience in using MS Project or equivalent project management tool is required. PMI certification is preferred.
Skills for this position require applicants who are equally adept at people, and business management. Besides the knowledge of methods to initialize, plan, execute, control and monitor a project, IBM PMs use skills and leadership competencies for team building, client relations, negotiation, decision making, problem solving and conflict management.
Ensuring scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables, you'll apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management. IBM project managers are on the frontlines every day; partnering with clients to help shape their projects every step of the way. Join us.

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Project Management
- At least 3 years experience in Expertise in MS Project or Equivalent Project Management tool
- At least 2 years experience in Banking Domain Experience
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 7 years experience in Project Management
- At least 5 years experience in Expertise in MS Project or Equivalent Project Management tool

- English : Intermediate
