The IBM Michigan Delivery Center occupies a unique position in the IT market -- at the intersection of business and technology. This global delivery center provides services to leading-edge clients who are looking for a unique, U.S.-based capability to design, develop, and support their mission-critical applications. IBM's Michigan Delivery Center is a strategic delivery center location that is poised for significant growth over the next few years. As a member of our team, you'll help clients solve some of their most challenging business and technology problems, capitalize on market opportunities, and achieve real value in today's challenging economy.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
-Review and gather requirements
- Ensure proper test case coverage
- Document process changes, change control, and progress on assigned
tasks
- Ensure proper user test verification
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years experience in Application Development
- At least 3 years experience in Strong written / verbal communications skills
- At least 3 years experience in Documentation experience
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Application Development
- At least 5 years experience in Strong written / verbal communications skills
- At least 5 years experience in Documentation experience
- English : Intermediate

Note Regarding Travel: The IBM Michigan Delivery Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our East Lansing, MI center. Some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site and could be several months up front (Monday thru Friday).
