Specifically, as an Organizational Change Strategy Senior Managing Consultant, you will deliver innovative business and organizational strategy consulting, and business process design to Industrial Sector client organizations. The Consultant provides the human focus that helps enable benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage organizational change and enable the optimized business transformation. The Consultant uses consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements and tools to analyze issues and drive solutions that transform the clientâ??s business and organization. The Organizational Change Consultantâ??s responsibilities include: organization design, change management, benefits realization, communication strategy, stakeholder management, culture transformation, and leadership and sponsorship management.

As a Senior Managing Consultant, you would provide team leadership, as well as manage client relationships in complex environments. This role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value and benefits realization. They use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze their clientâ??s business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.

This position requires travel 4-5 days per week.

It is also expected that new hires live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 mi or less) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; New York City, NY and surrounding areas; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Tulsa, OK; and Washington, DC.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years experience in organizational design and/or redesign and transition.
  • At least 4 years experience in creating and executing a change strategy plan.
  • At least 4 years experience in developing and executing organization alignment.
  • At least 3 years experience in communications strategy and planning.
  • At least 4 years experience in team leadership/project management.
  • At least 3 years experience in executive alignment, stakeholder management and/or organizational governance.
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Basic knowledge


Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 7 years experience in organizational design and/or redesign and transition.
  • At least 7 years experience in creating and executing a change strategy plan.
  • At least 7 years experience in developing and executing organization alignment.
  • At least 7 years experience in communications strategy and planning.
  • At least 3 years experience in business development/consulting sales.
  • At least 7 years experience in team leadership/project management.
  • At least 5 years experience in the Industrial Sector industry(s): Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Chemicals and Petroleum, Industrial Products, and/or Electronics.
  • At least 3 years experience in management consulting for a consulting and/or professional services firm(s).
  • At least 5 years experience in executive alignment, stakeholder management and/or organizational governance.
  • At least 2 years experience in the execution of ERP packaged solution change management programs.
  • English : Intermediate
