Job description
The Application Analyst/Support Representative possesses specific healthcare product knowledge, technology and medical provider specialized skills and works with proposals, requirements, designs, implementations and production projects/engagements. May use tools to analyze and implement portions of a customer solution. To succeed in this position, a successful candidate will possess:

Responsibilities include:
-Troubleshoot software, image transfer slowness, images not loading.
-Setting preferences, assisting vendor with code warehouse upgrades,
power failures with UPS, install shuttlepro, maintain the AHCGT, WMHGT,
RIPONGT for adding modality information for IPs, AE Titles, etc.
-Obtain Static IPs for any PACS device, perform vendor guided software
installations, assist with the CVNET workstations.
-Assist Centcom from RAFV in Appleton, modality connection issues to the
AHC network
-Check system log files on gates, move RDTs or CRDTs around per
customer request
-Work with Shared Medical providing network information for mobile trucks
-Designs and implements complex database environments and application
solutions to meet performance objectives and client requirements.
-Solicits, analyzes, and understands client business requirements to
provide integrated solution design.
-Displays independent judgment in resolution and evaluation of activities on
special topics related to project objectives.
-Independently generates technical solutions, based on analytical skills
involving technology, methodology, processes, tools and solution
components.
-Involves consistent exercise of discretion and has latitude to improve the
technical procedures and processes within area of technical specialty to
enhance the implementation of a customer solution.
-Advises others on tools, technology, and methodology related to the design
and development of IT clinical and hospital healthcare solutions.
-Develops and provides specialized written and verbal communications to
customer, peers, and support personnel.
-Designs, develops, and documents modifications to computer systems
based on and related to user or system design specifications.
-Effectively negotiates with peers and customer to implement technical
solutions.
-Provides input to the design and architectural specifications of technical
solutions that meet our customer's needs.
-Research special topics as part of team responsibilities.
-Analyzes client needs, participates in strategic planning, and ensures
solutions adopted are appropriate to meet such needs.
-Works directly with customers to positively affect customer satisfaction.
- Identifies potential upstream and downstream impacts and translates
business requirements into computer requirements.
Requires strong oral and written communications skills to work internally with client team, managers and peers.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in Knowledge and experience on McKesson Homecare Application.
- At least 5 years experience in Knowledge and experience on PACS medical imaging application.
- At least 5 years experience in Leadership; take initiative and lead between vendor and customer to bring issues to resolution,
- At least 5 years experience in Problem Solving - Exhibits strong analytical ability and creativity in developing and integrating solution deliverables for medium size projects.
- At least 5 years experience in Designs and implements complex database environments and application solutions to meet performance objectives and client requirements.
- At least 5 years experience in Solicits, analyzes, and understands client business requirements to provide integrated solution design.
- At least 5 years experience in Provide input to the development of technical design documents for technical solutions that meet our clients needs.
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 4 years experience in Knowledge and experience on McKesson Homecare Application.
- At least 8 years experience in Knowledge and experience on PACS medical imaging application.
- At least 10 years experience in Leadership; take initiative and lead between vendor and customer to bring issues to resolution,
- At least 10 years experience in Problem Solving - Exhibits strong analytical ability and creativity in developing and integrating solution deliverables for medium size projects.
- At least 10 years experience in Designs and implements complex database environments and application solutions to meet performance objectives and client requirements.
- At least 10 years experience in Solicits, analyzes, and understands client business requirements to provide integrated solution design.
- At least 10 years experience in Provide input to the development of technical design documents for technical solutions that meet our clients needs.
- At least 10 years experience in Extensive IT Experience
- English : Intermediate
