Our Default Servicing Team respectfully engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies. Performs moderately complex to complex administrative, technical/analytical and presentation tasks for a manager, department, and/or business unit. Duties include: - Compiling information and preparing moderately complex reports using appropriate software. - Balancing routine general ledger lines and/or expense accounts. - Assisting with personnel/payroll processing and record keeping. Candidate tracking On-boarding in Online Recruiting; Notifying Security of visitor badges, new hires, terminations Requesting all building requests for floor Desk key maintenance & ordering All Staff Mgmt changes; including maintain data bases ;Candidate tracking On-boarding in Online Recruiting Ordering office supplies, copier paper, equipment needed for call center. - Assisting, screening and/or selectively referring callers. - Answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures. - Calendar management. - Minute taking in meetings. - Making travel arrangements (flight booking, hotel reservations, car rental, meeting organization, etc). - Performing technical/analytical duties such as utilizing excel and putting formulas, with charts, graphs and other calculations. - Putting together presentations utilizing PowerPoint, excel and other Microsoft software. May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs. May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals. May monitor and assist with forecasting monthly budget.
Basic Qualifications: 1+ years clerical experience in an office setting.
Minimum Qualifications: - 1+ years of direct administrative assistant experience, including exposure to confidential and sensitive information. - A proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. - Superb communication and customer service skills. - A demonstrated attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, and MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Self starter. - Problem solver. This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo''s compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
Preferred Skills: - Experience managing all new hire on-boarding processes including candidate tracking, Staff Management changes. - Experience facilitating all team member organizations moves/terminations. - Experience ordering office supplies, copier paper, equipment needed.
