Overview:

Provide leadership and coordination for Projects continuous improvement and integrated scheduling implementation across the Eagle Ford organization. This includes delivering project engineering and management support from initial FEL development through to scope, design, and project close out. The role will provide support for the continuous improvement of tools and processes aimed at improving overall Eagle Ford team efficiencies.
Responsibilities may include:
* Provide direction and support for the advancement of specific initiatives, process and procedures for Continuous Improvement efforts
* Assist with the development of an integrated planning process for the Eagle Ford teams
* Ensure all activities are implemented in a manner consistent with Company core values delivering superior safety, quality, schedule and cost performance
* Responsible for the oversight and direction of both contract services and internal, integrated teams
* Proactive interface across the Business Unit teams and with Management to set objectives and prioritize activities
* Active engagement in change management, risk evaluation and planning/scheduling reviews
* Proactive identification and capture of lessons learned, synergies and knowledge share opportunities across BU and COP
* Safety leadership demonstrated through the implementation of safety policies, personal goals and onsite engagement


Qualifications:

Basic/Required:
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, Structural Engineering or related Engineering discipline
* 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
* Regular travel (20%) to construction sites and engineering offices will be required to support key activities
* Demonstrated leadership skills in a projects environment and with change implementation
Preferred:
* Previous experience with performance improvement or continuous improvement
* Experience working with teams in multiple locations
* Professional Engineering or PMP certification encouraged.
* Awareness of pipeline and facility projects
* Knowledgeable of and proficient user of SAP modules.
* Track record of continuous professional development.
* Understanding of federal, state and local regulations, industry standards and DOT requirements.
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to support and work across organizational boundaries to leverage resources and resolve conflicts
