This position repairs, maintains and operates HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems at Methodist West Houston Hospital.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School/GED.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three years related experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED
City of Houston Second Grade Stationary Engineer or Equal. City of Houston Apprentice Maintenance Electrician License or equal.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Word/Excel
2. Experience with Centrifugal Chillers, computerized life/safety system.
3. Electrical Switchgear. Diesel powered emergency power generations and distribution system.
4. Steam boilers, heating boilers, shop power tools.
5. HVAC equipment, electronic and computerized diagnostic equipment.
