Qualifications
- M.Sc. Degree or B. Sc. Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Plant Breeding , Crop Science, Horticulture, or related fields
- Experience in crop management and familiarity with breeding methodologies are a pré.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) and Web based company databases
- Working independently to troubleshoot processes and procedures, yet able to work in a matrix organization in order to implement needed changes.
- Ability to track and manage projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to supervise temporary labor
- Flexibility within a change-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills (Dutch & English fluent) both written and verbal
