Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
-CA RN license and BLS.
- One (1) year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in PICU or successful completion of a KP PICU course or approved equivalent within prior 12 months.
- Current PALS card required.
- Chemotherapy (ONS provider card or APHON Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider card) required within 3 months of hire.
- May be expected to cross train to at least 1 other Perinatal area.
- Note for training program postings: RN with no prior PICU experience may be selected to attend the PICU Course if they have one year experience in Pediatric nursing.
Notes:
- Works alternating weekends
