Develops, modifies, maintains, and documents complex applications. Consults with and provides technical guidance to clients. Documents new applications and conducts training classes.
Essential Functions:
- Performs the coding, maintenance, modification, and documentation of complex and advanced applications
- Assists clients in defining their requirements, and recommends appropriate application alternatives
- Prepares documentation and conducts training sessions
- Participates in the evaluation of new application packages and the identification of anticipated systems requirements for planning purposes
- Performs related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Previous experience, typically two (2) or more years with systems and applications programming, or its equivalent in education and work experience.
- Good analyticaland communication skills are essential.
- Some knowledge of systems alternatives is required.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
