Job description
This position is for an Enterprise System Management (ESM) analyst supporting the IBM Federal Infrastructure Managed Services (FIMS) program and providing support for ESM services in both physical and cloud environments. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and operation of Tivoli ESM software products and their related infrastructure in a Linux-based environment, integration of ESM products with other systems, and developing and supporting automation. Prior experience with monitoring and performing event management in both physical and virtual environments is desired. Familiarity with Linux OS is required. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting software applications deployed on Linux OS.
- At least 2 years experience in maintaining SQL databases and manipulating data through queries.
- At least 1 year experience in performing Enterprise Systems Monitoring (ESM).
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in maintaining and operating Tivoli ESM software products and their supporting infrastructure, integrating with other systems, and developing and supporting automation.
- Security clearance of Secret - Active
- English : Intermediate
