Job description
The Associate Partner, BPM Tiger Team is directly accountable / responsible for successful sales of BPM related consulting services. This is a cross line of business consultative sales focused role which will require the understanding of the IBM BPM software portfolio and IBM Global Business Services' solutions and methodologies. This role will focus on developing transformative business change programs, underpinned by IBM BPM Software enablement and other system integration activities.
Functional knowledge in front and back office business processes is a must. Industry experience in the following sectors is desirable: Financial Services, Communications, Industrial and Distribution. Other skills include developing / managing client relationships and leading initial consulting offerings such as business value assessments and discovery workshops with regard to BPM. This position requires strong executive level selling skills, and the ability to negotiate and close business.
This position requires 75% travel, primarily in the US. The ideal candidate will excel at communicating for impact, lives in the Eastern US and is available for global travel as needed.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in delivering complex custom application development and systems integration projects and initiatives with tangible results, working across organizational boundaries, and interfacing with senior executiv
- At least 2 years experience in solutioning, selling and delivering complex Business Process Management consulting engagements using leading commercial BPM software technologies such as IBM BPM (Lombardi) or Pegasystems
- At least 3 years experience in demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- At least 3 years experience in presenting proposals and selling professional services engagements at client executive levels
- At least 3 years experience in demonstrating successful record of meeting or exceeding consulting services sales quotas of $5M +
- At least 3 years experience in solutioning and delivering IT projects to global clients
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- At least 7 years experience in delivering complex custom application development and systems integration projects and initiatives with tangible results, working across organizational boundaries, and interfacing with senior executiv
- At least 3 years experience in solutioning, selling and delivering complex Business Process Management consulting engagements using leading commercial BPM software technologies such as IBM BPM (Lombardi) or Pegasystems
