GENERAL SUMMARY
The Senior Systems Engineer – Business Intelligence is responsible for:
- Creating and executing reports and analytics for external customers, client facing business units and Information Services.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation to streamline the reporting process.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the reporting and analysis needs of internal and external customers and deliver solutions.
- Create timely and accurate reports using Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and MS Office applications including user maintenance and report publication.
- Provide ad hoc report support.
- Track customer key indicators and alert account executives to positive and negative trends.
- Assist in developing workflows and applicable operational metrics.
- Provide analysis support on client special projects.
- Assist in transition to Data Warehouse-based reportingQualifications:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong nonverbal, oral and written communications skills with the ability to identify, define and explain day-to-day problems and solutions.
Experience:
Five years of job related work experience.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience using relational databases and query design.
- Able to organize complex tasks and analyze complex issues.
- Strong diagnostic skills for problem resolution.
- Experience with MS Office, Crystal Reports, and Business Objects preferred.
Creativity: Ability to generate imaginative solutions affecting multiple tasks, to conceptualize the implementation of solutions, and to manage the necessary resources.
