Description

- Develop channel management training curriculums and implementation
- Build up channel management training frame structure
- Streamline channel management training strategy and implementation
- Be responsible for CM competency development , training and deployment
- Facilitate business groups to build up the channel management training capability
- Leverage corporate training resources to develop Channel Management University(CMU) platform and brand

Qualifications


- Bachelor or above, MBA is preferred
- At least 8 years or above working experience in healthcare industry
- Solid experienced in sales & marketing ,training, Operation, Finance , PR or Commercial
- Good logical thinking with strong planning capability
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Teaming and good learning agility
