Description

Job Purpose:

Align with GPSG AP IT strategy plan and Xian plant business requirements,lead the implementation of IT projects and provide IT services in Xian plant to support the business continuity and facilitates process automation,innovation and lean execution.

Major Responsibilities
•Leads IT projects execution in Xian plant.
•Coordinates internal and external resources, define project plan and monitor the project implementation status.
•Leads key users conduct requirements analysis, acceptance testing and other related activities, Cooperate with purchase department on SW/HW/Service procurement.
•Reports project status and coordinates to solve.
•Cooperates with functional departments to identify improvement opportunities for IT system/business process,provides potential IT solution and coordinates on the implementation.
•Provides post-implementation support to Xian plant specific IT system including fix technical issues and routine maintenance.
•Other assigned work including IT reports preparation and documents management.

Qualifications


•Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related majors.
•3 years working experiences on IT project development.
•Fluent English in writing and speaking.
•Knowledge and experiences in IT project management.
•Good knowledge and experiences in Oracle or SQL database.
•Basic understanding on GxP requirements, familiar with IT related regulatory requirments.
•Good cooperation and teamwork spirit.
•Logical thinking and good problem solving and decision making ability.
•Good presentation and communication skills.
