Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics Company, a division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc., provides sales, marketing and logistical services to U.S. retail customers on behalf of the U.S. consumer companies. It represents one point of contact with our customers for selling teams, customer service, distribution, retail merchandising and professional detailing. It develops and markets baby care, wound care and skin care products that address the needs of consumer and healthcare professionals and incorporates the latest innovations. The Senior Customer Logistics Analyst will work across multiple Lead Retail Customer Logistics accounts managing the U.S. LifeScan business. In addition to strategic projects and leadership responsibilities, the Senior Customer Logistics Analyst will have primary functional responsibilities of managing incoming orders, assisting with business inquiries from the Customer and Sales, leading month/quarter/year-end processes, acting as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for business channels and auditors, supporting the business continuity plan, and improving customer metrics.

The Senior Customer Logistics Analyst will partner internally and externally (eg: customers, credit and A/R, sales, marketing, distribution, finance, transportation, contracts, master data, and IT) to implement, manage, maintain, record, and continuously improve supply-chain processes, to drive customer satisfaction and value.

The Senior Customer Logistics Analyst will drive strategic value for key customers by identifying, initiating, and owning projects to improve internal and external processes to drive customer satisfaction. They will develop partnerships with key customers as well as the commercial organization and manage business exceptions including trade promotions, trade show sales, price increases and customer projects. They will provide insight to the commercial organization for the validation and updating of sales forecasts and business plans.

The Senior Customer Logistics Analyst will be involved in benchmarking, leading initiatives across multiple customer accounts, and technical leadership/mentoring to peers. This individual will be expected to identify and lead improvement projects, which may include new technology assessments and implementations, policy standardization, and logistic efficiency improvements. This individual will participate in best practice sharing across the organization and assist with SOP development.

Qualifications


This candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. A focused degree in business or supply chain is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations is required. Experience with customer facing is preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency is required, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Process Excellence Tools, Training, and/or Certification is preferred. Previous experience with business applications such as SAP, BW, and EDI is preferred.

Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong analytical skills. This individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements while handling multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated project leadership experience is required. Additionally, this candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ever-changing matrix environment.

This candidate may be required to travel up to 25% domestically. The position is based in Skillman, NJ.
