Description
Johnson & Johnson Medical Caribbean, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting two (2) Call Center Analyst, located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
Johnson & Johnson Medical Caribbean - PR Marketing Division of Johnson & Johnson International, Guaynabo, is the sales and marketing organization for Johnson & Johnson professional products such as sutures and surgical equipment, products for the prevention of infections and injuries in the operating room, cardiovascular products, and diagnostic equipment.
The Call Center Analyst will be responsible for executing the daily call center activities, taking customer calls, processing/logging them in the system, and communicating/assigning a Field Service Engineer for the technical service in a timely and precise manner. Manages daily contact with customers, Field Service Engineers and Sales Representatives ensuring adequate communication and information flow of the customer service process. Maintains all records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
A minimum of an Associate Degree required; a relevant and equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar position can substitute the Education requirement. Experience in the related field is required. Experience in the healthcare industry, within the Medical Devices and Diagnostics (MD&D) sector is required. Computer literate required (Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, Maximo and MXP). Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required. Ability to establish positive interpersonal relations and interact with people effectively, work effectively under time pressure and make accurate and assertive decisions accordingly. Demonstrate problem-solving skills. Be proactive, organized, and resourceful, maintain accountability for his/her actions and make good judgment in the performance of his/her duties. Must be available to travel 0 - 5% of the time within Puerto Rico.
