The Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Franchise is currently recruiting for a Manager, Human Resources, located in Raritan, NJ.

The company serves the global clinical laboratory and transfusion medicine community, and is committed to providing customers with products, services and process solutions to make labs more efficient in delivering the quality test results doctors and patients need.
The Manager, Human Resources will be Business Based HR partner for the Research & Development, Quality, Regulatory & Compliance, and Franchise Operations Development. Working under limited supervision, he/she will be responsible for the following: development and deployment of Human Resources strategies in support of the short term and long term business goals, partnering with business leaders to identify and cultivate organizational capabilities aligned with future business direction, implementing structures and strategies to enhance individual and organizational performance, driving cultural change to encourage innovation and improve employee engagement as well as providing individual and team coaching to business leaders and employees in support of individual performance and organizational excellence.
This individual will operate as an internal consultant and partner to the business in the areas of communication, engagement, and organizational design and development. Key business interactions include coaching and consultation with all organizational levels, including three GMB (global management board) members. This HR leader will have responsibility for driving talent management initiatives within client groups including succession planning, career management, performance management, recruitment, and rewards/recognition.
The assignment is expected to be 12 months, and may be extended an additional 12 months based on business needs.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required; a major in business, Human Resources or related concentration is preferred. A minimum of 8 years Human Resources experiences required. Experience with a Human Resources leadership development program preferred. Experience in a Business Based Human Resources (Generalist) role is required. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and positively influence all levels of employees is required. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple and diverse projects is required. Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required. Ability to provide in-depth consultative support to upper management on critical organizational issues is required. The following competencies are required: Organizational Design and Development, Talent Management and Development, Change Management, Business Partnering, Business Orientation, Organizational Savvy. This position requires approximately 10% travel to Rochester, NY and internationally for few days at a time. This position is located in Raritan, NJ.
