The Research & Development Intern position is an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate student looking for work experience in a corporate environment. This is a summer internship position. ASP requires that the candidate for this position be able to work 40 hours a week and commit to a 10 - 12 weeks. The intern will work on STERRAD Systems related projects

Qualifications


The candidate needs to be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a university or college with a 3.0 GPA or better. The candidate should have experience and knowledge of or is enrolled in either Engineering or Physical / Biological Sciences. The candidate need to have basic math knowledge and science or engineering skills. The candidate must be able to travel to the worksite in Irvine, California on a daily basis.

The candidate needs excellent oral, written communication and analytical skills. The candidate needs a familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools. The candidate should have the ability to work independently or in a team setting and capable of data analysis, interpretation and oral and written communication of findings. The candidate should be a motivated individual with high energy and a strong desire to learn about ASP and Johnson & Johnson.
