The National Sales Force Effectiveness Trainer will be responsible for the ongoing execution and management of SFE programs, metrics and management systems within the DePuy Synthes UK Business Units with particular focus on Recruitment, Induction, Goal Setting, Goal Tracking, Coaching and Training, Performance Appraisal, Reward and Recognition and Talent Development as defined in the EMEA SFE Strategy Framework.
Principal Accountabilities:
Your responsibilities/accountabilities will cover all the DePuy Synthes business units
You will develop, manage and deliver key elements of the National Training Plan alongside and in conjunction with HR and BUD's. Take accountability for the quality of training materials, performance of trainers and success of training delivery
You will develop, manage and deliver the DePuy Synthes induction programme working closely with the business units to ensure best in class training for new start sales consultants
You will deliver training for ISP, SMP and Integrity Selling and Coaching to sales force
You will support the SFE Manager with the development, management and roll out of key SFE programmes and metrics including, recruitment, induction, goal setting, goal tracking, coaching and training, performance appraisal, reward and recognition and talent development
You will participate in local recruitment processes in conjunction with the local HR team and FSMs.
This is a collaborative role linking HR, commercial excellence, sales and marketing through the implantation of SFE strategies
The role acts as conduit across all key elements of SFE strategy
Qualifications
Qualifications , Experience and Special Aptitudes:
A skilled trainer with experience of coaching and mentoring with successful outcomes
Experience in sales and client relationship management, demonstrated understanding of SFE
Expert at SFE ISP, SMP, Integrity Selling and processes
Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity day to day and to remain calm and focused
Demonstrable experience of coaching and mentoring with successful outcomes
Strong relationship, influencing and communications skills essential
Demonstrate Credo based leadership principles in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Effective communicator with experience in presenting complex people and training issues to all levels in the organisation, ability to deal effectively with Director level
Able to demonstrate sound understanding of the principles behind SFE and how to utilize SFE to drive sales growth
High level of IT skills, particularly in Powerpoint and Excel
