DePuy Synthes Spine is the Spine business offering a comprehensive portfolio of spinal care solutions for the treatment of the most simple to the most complex spine disorders using traditional and minimally invasive techniques.

Responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective tender strategies, policies and procedures for DePuy Synthes by working closely with JJMC tendering team and external stakeholders.
- Build strategic partnership with third party of tendering companies and tendering decision makers, shape tendering environment.
- Leverage and collaborate across the region, liaising with business and functional managers as well as project teams for the region to build the offering package to enter into bidding stage, follow up bidding offering evaluation, review the biding contract based on fully understanding the situation and the tailored project level strategies.
- Build internal tendering knowledge center to capture the experiences and key learning and establish BU level tendering system.

Qualifications


Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or above. Clinical medicine background is preferred
- At least 5 years working experience in medical industry
- Customer Intimacy/External Environment
- Focus on innovation to enrich pipeline
- Collaboration and Teaming
- Business analytical skills
