Codman Neuro is the Neurological business focused on neurosurgery, neurovascular and neuromodulation, offering a broad portfolio of solutions including programmable shunt systems, catheters, trauma monitoring devices, drug pumps, neurovascular coils, liquid embolics and vascular reconstruction devices.

Responsibility:

1. Establish corporate sales planning function to serve all franchises

2. Oversee the development of sales planning methodologies (including territory alignment and tactical sales planning)

3. Oversee analysis and lead deployment of sales planning methodologies

4. Build consensus with franchises to drive deployment of sales plans. Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment of business objectives.

5. Provide overall day-to-day guidance to sales planning team in developing territory alignment plans, field sales trend analysis, territory sizing, etc.

6. Collaborate with franchises, IM, Channel Management etc to develop sales planning and key account/ CRM databases and management system

7. Accountable for overall sales productivity of JJMC

8. Track and review sales productivities at various levels (PSR, franchise/BU, JJMC)

Qualifications


Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals/devices) preferred. Prior sales experience/sales management experience strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in analytics, planning, forecasting, sales force sizing, and/or operational management context
- Demonstrated ability to drive insight generation through data and analysis.
- Demonstrated team management and resources management capabilities.
- Track record of success driving operational improvements and/or facilitating change management.
