Synthes Trauma offers a broad portfolio of orthopaedic fracture fixation products, including screws, plates, nails and other implants used to fix broken bones.

Responsibility:
- Assess abilities of sales and identify training needs. Develop training course to offer solution. Help identify and develop talent.
- Develop and maintain sales training faculty pool, training course materials and instrument.
- Create and facilitate comprehensive training system.
- Organize and deliver training course to sales force and business partner, including product knowledge, integrity selling skills, and territory management.
- Training program evaluation and follow-up.
- Help create and maintain electronic or web-based training portals, assessment and learning reinforcement tools.

Qualifications


Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or above. Clinical medicine background is preferred.
- At least 5 years sales or marketing experience in medical Industry, training experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good motivational skills and leadership skills, demonstrate a genuine caring for people.
- Strong technical competence in surgical anatomy and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing
- Good training skill and analytical skill
