Roles and Responsibilities (Mandatory Input)
- Manages business relationship and develops IT solution roadmap to support business strategies.
- Provides information technology planning to meet the company's objectives.
- Drives company IT initiatives or programs.
- Ensures systems are in place to support local or global operations.
- Meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to time, cost efficiency & business value.
- Leads, influences and negotiates to achieve business strategies & deliver results for internal/external partner(s).
- Manages day-to-day systems operations, including personnel, financials and services within area of responsibility.
- Follows quality processes and procedures; executes and evaluates department policy.
- Analyzes business processes for reengineering opportunities.
- Anticipates and resolves issues/barriers that impede progress.
- Manages project resources (such as people, equipment) and makes decisions on hiring, terminations and promotions for a highly specialized technical group.
- Plans, develops, acquires and implements the systems applications functions.
- Guides all operations towards common definitions and standards.
- Establishes improvement processes

Qualifications


Qualifications(Mandatory Input)
- 7 to 8 years work experience preferable with Health care Industry in system design and implementation
- Tertiary qualifications at Degree level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with project management, systems implementation, Development
- Very good familiarity with Business Processes of an Enterprise Financials
- Knowledge of technology platforms but not limited such as SAP (FI-CO)
