The Product Director of Insulin Delivery Marketing is a business leader and team member that will help define and execute the key strategies and tactics for Insulin Delivery business growth. The responsibilities of this position include delivering marketing programs relevant for the product strategic position, maximizing the appropriate marketing mix communication vehicles, and effectively supporting the product portfolio / line (including new product launch plan development, business case development, forecasting, maximizing BMEs).

This role is an important Marketing leadership role that will strongly collaborate with Channel / Payer / HCP Marketing, BGM and Digital Marketing, Analytics / Insights, and Customer Service, as well as Global Strategic Marketing / Healthcare Compliance / Legal (where applicable), key Sales partners, Children with Diabetes, Professional Education, agency vendors, and key external customer partners.

Qualifications


A Bachelors Degree is required, advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required. A minimum of 3 years (combined) of marketing experience required. Prior experience in both Sales and Marketing is strongly preferred; healthcare experience (i.e., pharmaceutical, medical device AND/OR consumer healthcare) required. This position could require up to 30% domestic travel.
