The marketing department is an integral part of the Janssen business, responsible for ensuring that the products sold by Janssen are available to meet patient needs in effective and efficient ways. This includes supporting the teams of account managers who are out in the field interacting with customers, creating marketing campaigns to raise the awareness of our products, driving strategies and generally working with the other business units to allow for a compliant, customer and patient centered approach to marketing the Janssen portfolio.

We have 4 Associate Product Manager positions available for Graduates (lasting 2 years).

In this role you will support the Product Manager with key activities to develop and execute a brand strategy, plans and all marketing initiatives specific to allocated brand/s.

Key Activities:
- Produce tactical business plan in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Setting metrics and monitoring
- Coordinate implementation of tactical plan via direct and indirect channels
- Sales Force Communication
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development
- Manage product and line extension launches

Qualifications


To be considered for this role you must:

- Currently be studying towards an undergraduate degree (due for graudation in 2013) or have graduated recently - preferrably in a relevant business discipline
- Achieved / Predicted to achieve a 2:1 or above
- Be able to demonstrate competencies aligned with this post, including strong communication, time management and analytical skills.
