In addition to developing and producing a range of test strips for diabetic populations, we also design and develop meters and other related devices for the management and control of diabetes. Role Profile:

Responsibility for the ongoing manufacturability of OneTouch Verio; Acts as an advocate for continuous improvement activities to achieve business plan.

Responsibilities Include:

Support the OneTouch Verio product:

- Work in strong collaboration with Quality Engineer responsible for Verio product within manufacturing
- Develop and review process and product data
- Develop and manage product documentation
- Lead or support manufacturing process/product issues and improvements using:
- Six-sigma
- Statistical tools
- Lean manufacturing
- Lead or support validation activities for current product
- Ensure all current and new materials are fit for purpose
- Communicate to all stakeholders

Support new product and process introduction:

- Ensure design for manufacturing is suitable
- Be a member of new product introduction team
- Lead or support validation activities for new products
- Communicate to all stakeholders

Degree level qualification with experience in a production environment
