Description

McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNeil-PPC, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Senior Systems Process Manager located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

McNeil Consumer Healthcare markets a broad range of over-the-counter products, including TYLENOL® acetaminophen products; BENADRYL®, ZYRTEC® and ZYRTEC®-D allergy medicines; IMODIUM® A-D anti-diarrheal; MOTRIN® IB; and SUDAFED® and SUDAFED PE® nasal decongestants.

The Senior Systems Process Manager will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Business Improvement. This individual is responsible for providing technical leadership and support to the Project Management and Results Office (PMRO) in the implementation and use of tools, methods and supporting processes and reporting to drive consistency and overall improvement in project results. This includes partnering with the Senior Business Process Manager in the gathering and translating of PMRO and key stakeholder input, building and managing integrated business and technical timelines to ensure all deliverables are on time, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined both inside and outside of the PMRO, managing project budgets and providing oversight and monitoring as appropriate, conducting technical / systems training and ongoing coaching and monitoring in the use of tools and process methodologies, gathering feedback as input into continuously improving new and existing tools and techniques and providing technical support as required. Initial priorities include the implementation of MS Project Server across the PMRO organization and appropriate business partners and key stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include providing back up project management support to mitigate risk on high impact, highly visible projects when needed and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications


A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Six Sigma certification, PMP or Project Management Certified is preferred however; certification is required within the first year of hire.

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and proven track record implementing technology solutions is required. Experience engaging and working with consultants is required.

Experience in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment preferred. Experience in leading the technical implementation and delivering training for MS Project Enterprise Server required. Demonstrated leadership skills (self-directed, problem solver, enterprise and compliance knowledge, bias for action) including excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills required. Deep technical understanding and working knowledge of MS Project Enterprise Server is required. Ability to demonstrate change management in the achievement of business objectives in matrixed environment required. Ability to partner and interface with all levels required. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools.
