General Summary:

Plans, coordinates, and executes research programs conducted by Medical Affairs. Performs project management, safety reporting, data coordination/management and reporting/communication of results.

Duties & Responsibilities
-Assists in providing clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services. Coordinates and implements research medical affairs programs.
-Collects information to create educational, promotional and reporting materials for use by internal stakeholders.
-Participates in clinical educational activities that facilitate learning regarding clinically relevant information to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals.
-Assists in the company's drug surveillance program. Assists in preparation of adverse reaction reports.
-Provides support in conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis for Phase IV trials. Verifies data accuracy.
-Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to customers, sales and marketing.
-Follows up scientific inquiries from the healthcare community and customer concerns about products and their use.
-Participates in projects as assigned.

Qualificações
- Experience in Medical communication and information
- Graduated in health science (pharmacy/biomedicine/nursing)
- A very proactive person, with ability to perform different activities of two areas therapeutic areas (CNS and Gastro,Pain)
- Ability to conduct trainings
- Knowledge in Promotional material regulation and bibliography research
- English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
