Description

McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNeil-PPC, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Process Manager located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

McNeil Consumer Healthcare markets a broad range of over-the-counter products, including TYLENOL® acetaminophen products; BENADRYL®, ZYRTEC® and ZYRTEC®-D allergy medicines; IMODIUM® A-D anti-diarrheal; MOTRIN® IB; and SUDAFED® and SUDAFED PE® nasal decongestants.

The Senior Business Process Manager reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Business Improvement. As a subject matter expert (SME) and business process owner, the Senior Business Process manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Project Management Result Office (PMRO) organization in the implementation and ongoing maintenance and improvement of new and existing tools, processes and techniques to drive consistency and overall improvement in project results. This includes gathering and translating PMRO and key stakeholder input, building and managing integrated business and technical timelines to ensure all deliverables are on time, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined both inside and outside of PMRO, managing project budgets and providing oversight and monitoring as appropriate, conducting training and ongoing coaching and monitoring in use of tools and process methodologies, and gathering feedback as input into continuously improving new and existing tools and techniques. Initial priorities include the implementation of MS Project Server across the PMRO organization and appropriate business partners and key stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include providing back up project management support to mitigate risk on high impact, highly visible projects when needed, special projects as assigned and maintaining PMRO training plans and infrastructure, and continuously improving.

Qualifications


A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Six Sigma certified PMP or Project Management certification is preferred however; certification is required within the first year of hire. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and proven track record in process improvement required. Experience engaging and working with consultants preferred. Experience in an OTC or Pharmaceutical regulated environment preferred. Leadership skills (self-directed, problem solving, enterprise and compliance knowledge, bias for action) including excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills required. The ability to streamline and strengthen business processes is required. The ability to demonstrate change management in the achievement of business objectives in a matrixed environment is required. Ability to partner and interface with all levels is also required. Business and Financial Acumen required. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools.
