The HR Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the HR Corporate team. ( TEMPORARY )
Location: 8100 Greenbriar Houston, TX 77054

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

' Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Corporate Recruitment team.
' Schedule and conduct corporate new hire on-boarding meetings.
' Coordinate and schedule interviews for positions posted by HR Corporate clients
' Complete Form I-9 using electronic I-9 system for all new hires within USCIS guidelines.
' Submit and track background check information for new hires.
' Schedule appointments for, and track the results of TB and Drug Testing to ensure proper Employee Health Clinic clearance prior to new hire's start date.
' Consult with and advise corporate employees on their transportation options and issue transportation assignment as selected by employee.
' May assist in sourcing candidates for positions determined by the recruiter during periods of high requisition counts.
' Coordinate travel arrangements for out of town candidates including flight, hotel and rental car accommodations.
' Serve as a designated point of contact for corporate new hires during the pre-hire process
' Ensure that candidate data is correctly input into Webhire/Kenexa system in a timely manner in order to process new hire information into the payroll system.
' Demonstrate the components of I CARE values statement.
' Follows all safety rules while on the job. Reports accidents promptly and corrects minor safety hazards. Communicates with peers and management regarding any hazards identified in the workplace.
' Performs other work as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

One year of human resources support experience or a combination of human resources and other professional experience administrative experience required.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare and manipulate data
Ability to interact and partner with other members of the Human Resources Division
Ability to coordinate multiple assignments
Detail oriented/ensures accuracy
Ability to multi-task
