Role:

TD Ameritrade is looking for an undergraduate student in the NJ/NY area who is majoring in Marketing, Economics, or Statistics. This persons should have excellent verbal and written communication skills; with a strong background in analytics, reporting, and strategic thinking capabilities. Individual must be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced marketing environment. Individual must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Perform business analytics and report on key metrics and business drivers
  • Partner with campaign managers to identify suitable target audience based on business objectives and data analytics
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics and business drivers
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic business initiatives
  • Leverage client engagement model to identify sales opportunities and identify at-risk clients
  • Develop queries in Salesforce.com, MS-Access, and SAS to support reporting requirements and development of dashboards
  • Prepare presentations summarizing client and marketing insights
  • Collect, consolidate, and synthesize information to support strategic decision making process

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Finance, Information Management, or Marketing)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Access/PowerPoint/Word)
  • Strong MS Excel skills (ability to manipulate data and leverage excel functions)
  • Ability to analyze and format data in order to produce informative reports
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detailed oriented and good project management skills
